Description

Chimni is building a portal for householders* to manage all data and record information created by, for or about their home.  One key area we are looking at is the Planning & Building Control records held by their Local Authority about their home.  Our system is aiming to pull records from LA sites into their Chimni dashboard.  This information will be used in the Chimni log by the homeowner and construction professionals during project work; and also as part of a 'sales pack' created during the conveyancing process of any subsequent home sale.

Our project is a homeowner-centric way of managing planning information created about residential property.

* We use 'householder' to refer to Freeholders, leaseholders and rental tenants managing any kind of residential property.
