An alternative way of gathering user satisfaction of pages on a website by means of more explicitly asking for opinions on the quality of the page itself rather than asking the user to give more nebulous information about how 'satisfied' they are.

Currently being trialled on the top 30 most-accessed pages on www.birmingham.gov.uk, with a view to being rolled out site-wide and possibly made available as a shared resource to other councils to allow for benchmarking under the LocalGovDigital banner.
